Fitting movement in may seem challenging when you feel like you just don’t have time. Evaluate your perceived time versus your actual time available for self-care and movement. Do you have limiting beliefs around the time you have available? Five to 10 minutes here and there add up throughout the day! In this webinar we will talk about the ways one can incorporate joyful movement into their day and life.
